My work with data began in operations, where every indicator was connected to a process, a loss, a defect or a customer complaint.
At Nestlé, I worked across quality, engineering and continuous improvement, supporting production start-ups, investigating root causes and monitoring operational performance. This gave me a practical understanding of how information is used on the shop floor and in management discussions.
I later developed my analytics career in Ireland, completing a postgraduate qualification and an MSc in Data Analytics while working with operational data, reports and dashboards in a healthcare organisation. Today, I combine process knowledge with analytical tools to create clear performance views.
